CAPDM Update on Fee Proposal for Drugs and Medical Devices

Health Canada invited Associations to participate in a teleconference to update stakeholders on the progress on the Fee Proposal for Drugs and Medical Devices first published in October 2017.  Health Canada has reviewed all industry feedback and has published a revised and compromised proposal.

Please note that:
Feedback must be provided via this form in order to be considered.
· Each specific issue requires a separate feedback form.
· Feedback is being solicited on the following subjects: Fee Setting, Annual Fee Adjustment, Small Business, Mitigation Measures, Performance Standards, Penalty Provision, Timing of Payment, and Specific Fee Line changes.  

In the interim, stakeholders will have an opportunity to seek clarification on the Revised Fee Proposal at a WebEx.  We would ask that you submit questions in advance by Tuesday, May 29, 2018, to allow us to better shape and structure the content of the presentation.  Please submit your questions to CRI_IRC_Consultations@hc-sc.gc.ca.
