He is an Adjunct Professor at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Senior Fellow at the CD Howe Institute. Previously he led the Healthcare Practice at PWC. Mr. Falk will examine the impacts of technological change on health systems and their governance and payment mechanisms.
